I’ve never been one for Hallowe’en
It’s just never been my thing. Could be because my Mom didn’t care for Hallowe’en. Could be because I didn’t like the whole trick or treating thing because I was shy. All I know is that I wasn’t a big fan. And today is NO exception. Possibly one of the worst on record for a long time. I had a horrible busy day at work. Shit didn’t come together as I had hoped after work and things are definitely NOT how I pictured them now. Ola weekend.
So after a down right horrible Friday last week. This Friday went a whole heck of a lot better. It was a good week and actually went by quite quickly. I hope never to re-live a day like I had last Friday at work. Brutal. My only complaint is the weight I seem to be gaining. Boourns to the start of fall and my body going into hibernate mode. Tired
Back to being tired a lot of the time. Just plain tired. I don’t want to get up out of bed in the am. But I do at the same time. I want to go to work and start my day but my butt is dragging. I want to be asleep early in the evening. But right now it’s almost 11pm and I’m still up. Doing laundry and typing away. But I realized tonight how much I miss my friends. Well not just friends…more so friendships. Close friendships I had with family and friends. I still have them. I know they aren’t lost but missing the person to person contact…

Of all friggin times
So I was supposed to have Leafs tickets as I type this. Key word being supposed. J and I were up and had the page loaded and ready to go. We both hit refresh and then it blocked us for a 2 minutes. But we were ok because it was 9:57 and we had 3 minutes. But then 10 comes and we have no internet. The orange light is not blinking. It didn’t start blinking until 10:13. 12 minutes too late. We lost our tickets. I friggin had Metallica tickets the morning they went on sale (didn’t buy them though b/c I already had tickets) and we all know how…

Hiatus
So I went on hiatus again. I had the weekend in Calgary and came back to find that I still had a smidge of the virus I thought I had left behind. I dealt with that and now it’s gone FOR GOOD. Yay, go me! But now, because of this virus I have lost everything that once was on this PC. John and I had an external hard drive with ALL our pictures, music, videos, etc. The most important pics and files were still on my pc but because of the virus I cleaned everything. I went back the next morning to copy the stuff from my backup and you…
