Coconut Squares

Crust:
1 1/2 c. Graham Wafer Crumbs
1/2 c. Melted butter

Squares:
2 c. Coconut (long)
1 can condensed milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Icing (Chocolate)

  1. Mix the butter and graham wafer crumbs. Press into 8×8 pan and bake at 350°F until they are lightly browned.
  2. Mix coconut, milk and vanilla and blend well. Pour over the crust.
  3. Bake at 350°F until the edges are lightly browned.
  • Let cool. Then ice.
