So I’ve decided that the weather isn’t cooperating with me and it might not anytime soon so I’m going to start exercising at home. I’ve chosen Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred. I have no idea if it works but 20 mins a day of exercise isn’t going to kill me. Is it?! I was using the Wii and will still continue to but I thought I’d give this a go.
I have taken pre-measurements and I’ve bought some weights and I know my weight so off I go.
