    Day 12

    Still going strong.  Well not exactly strong, but still going nevertheless. It’s brutal. I use a lot of modified moves. I try to use the full impact ones but it’s rare I can pull it off. I think I may be on level 2 more than 10 days at this rate. I won’t move on until I feel comfortable so the 30 day shred may turn into 35-40 day shred. haha

    Holy Cr@p!

    Level 2 is brutal. I could hardly do 2 spots. I lack the speed and coordination. It’s so much harder than level 1 for sure! It’s pure craziness. Wonder what I’m going to feel tomorrow. It’s mainly plank work so I’m feeling sore arms and abs might be in my very near future. Hopefully I get better each day or I don’t know if I can continue. I don’t like to do things I “fail” at. 😛 You know it’s bad when Jillian Michaels and her “helpers” are sweaty and out of breath! They are in shape and have the muscles and body and are out of breath!     Day 6

    So I haven’t given up yet. I’m on day 6. That’s right I HAVE been working out over the holidays. I actually did my minutes just before Christmas dinner and Christmas Day evening. I’m trying to make it. I’m not nearly as sore and I can tell my endurance is getting better but I still hate it. I’m going to try my darndest to make it 30 days but this kind of work out is definitely not for me. I like a lower impact (like pilates or something) or at least have people working out along side of me. J refuses to switch to this, he’s keeping up with his…

    Day 2

    Yep, I was right. I am sore. Not too bad though. I’ve felt worse. I somehow managed to get through the exercise even though my legs feel like jelly. Wonder what tomorrow has in store for me. It’s going to be interesting finding time since it’s Christmas Eve and that means turkey and family time. But I’m determined.
