27!

So 27 weeks (January 26th) marked the beginning of the 3rd and final trimester! Where has the time gone? It’s definitely been picking up speed. A lot of people thought the first trimester and two went flying and they didn’t for me. I guess I just go against the grain. I speed up when everyone else slows down! hehe

Just think if things go the same as E, I would only have 10 weeks left. 10!! I think I’m going to get further this time though. I don’t see me making it to full term (40 weeks) but I think I’m going to get further than 37. I’m probably jinxing myself but I just have a feeling.

Baby is the size of: Head of a Cauliflower (~2lbs 3oz) and ~14.5″ long with their legs extended. Our baby is measuring ~2lbs 6oz. 🙂

Total weight gain/loss: I gained 5lbs in the last 4 weeks. I knew it was coming and I don’t mind. There was Christmas and a growth spurt so it was definitely expected! So I’m up 15lbs so far.
Stretch marks?: I feel a few but J swears they aren’t stretch marks but I think they are.
Sleep: Still going strong in that department!
Best moment this week: Finding out this baby is no longer breech and the Dr. telling me I don’t have to come back for another 4 weeks unless something comes up. I was expecting 2-3 weeks because I’m at that point but they were so pleased with baby’s growth and the control of my Diabetes I can wait it out.
Miss Anything?: Moving without groaning. (hehe)
Movement: It never stops.
Food cravings: Chocolate milk.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope.
Belly Button in or out?: Still flat but sometimes you can see it through my clothes so I don’t know if it’ll not be out much longer.
Wedding rings on or off?: On baby!
New Symptoms?: Lows in the middle of the night, out of nowhere. It sucks. I have everyone baffled.
Happy or Moody most of the time: I had one pregnancy induced “episode” as I like to call it but other than that, I’ve been my happy preggo self!
Looking forward to: Seeing the baby tomorrow. It’s ultrasound day! Hopefully the 2VC is causing no issues.
