I thought this might be a cool idea for a page. A place to share recipes I’ve tried and tested and even recipes I think sound interesting.

    Spinach Dip

    1 bag of spinach
    1 can of water chestnuts
    1 cup sour cream
    1 package of knorr vegtable soup mix (dry)
    5 lg chopped mushrooms
    1/2 cup grated mozza cheeze
    2 tbsp finely chopped onion
    mayo (as much as desired)

    mix together and serve, the best serving bowl is one of those hollowed out bread things, that way guest can tear away at bowl and dip

    Someone remind me to post my recipe for Peanut Butter Cups….everyone that has had them has become addicted and it’s super easy!
