Bacon and Potato Casserole

Heart-attack in a bowl. But oh so good.

5-8 large potatoes thinly sliced
1 lb. Bacon
Shredded Cheese

  1. Circle bacon around the dish, leaving it draped over the sides.
  2. Start with a row of potato slices topped with cheese and continue alternating until you reach the top.
  3. Once at the top, fold the drapped bacon over the top of the casserole.
  4. Cook for 1.5 hours or until cooked thoroughly.
