Cranberry Cream Cheese Bars
2 c. fresh cranberries
2 eggs (beat well)
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/4 c. Sugar
1 1/2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. SaltFrosting:
3 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
1 tsp. Milk
2 c. Icing Sugar
1/2 c. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
- Mix eggs, butter, and vanilla.
- Blend in the remaining ingredients.
- Spread out evenly in a 9×13″ well-greased pan.
- Bake at 350F for 40 min.
- Allow to cool then top with the cream cheese icing.
