1/3 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. whipping cream or evaporated milk **
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. icing sugar
- Beat butter for about 1 minute until creamy.
- Add cream, vanilla, salt, & 1 c. of the icing sugar. Stir. Scrape bowl and mix on speed 2 until well blended.
- Gradually add 3 remaining cups of icing sugar while stirring. Speed 4 until smooth (~1 minute).
**I have used homo milk or 1% when in a pinch and it’s worked out fine.
