Monkey Munch/Puppy Chow

I made this with the kids at work and it’s a big hit with them and adults alike!!

1 box of Chex cereal (equiv. 9 c)
1 c. Chocolate Chips
1/2 c. Peanut Butter **can be substituted with skor chips
1/4 c. Butter
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 c. Icing Sugar

1. Measure out chex cereal.
2. Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter (or skor chips) in the Microwave for about 1 min and then stir.
3. Add Vanilla.
4. Pour mixture over cereal and stir until coated.
5. Dump mixture into a ziploc bag and add the icing sugar.
6. Shake until coated and serve!
