So I’ve been sleeping like a bag. A bag of crap. 10 lbs in a 5 lb bag to be exact.
I’ve tried everything.
Going to bed later. Going to bed earlier. Eating. Not eating. Wearing Pyjamas. Wearing normal clothes. Using blankets. Throwing them off me.
No matter what I do I’m exhausted.
I wake up feeling fully rested but restless and it’s way BEFORE my alarm is due to go off. But at the same time I’m still exhausted and it takes me forever to get back to sleep.
I must be having weird dreams or hearing crazy sounds or both.
I guess I have been heard laughing in my sleep. Laughing. Something must be funny. Too bad I can’t remember what.
This lack of sleep is eventually going to catch me. Right now I’ve had a great week and I’ve been in a great mood. Having lots of fun at work. But now, sleep is going to make me cranky. And it’s going to hit like a ton of bricks. It’s inevitable.
May I have a good night’s sleep tonight and the inevitable downfall can be avoided. *fingers crossed*
