Yes, this is a biscuit. Your eyes are not decieving you. It’s a special biscuit. It’s the ‘gimp’ biscuit I always make for J. It’s now a tradition or whatever you want to call it. I take the left-overs and roll it up into a ball and cook it with the other ones.
John loves the biscuits as whole wheat. Me, not so much. But when it’s for Strawberry Shortcake I don’t mind since there are more strawberries and cream than biscuits.
