Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos

1 pkg. Cream Cheese
Bacon
Jalapenos
Toothpicks

  1. Slice the peppers in half and scrape out the seeds.
  2. Fill with cream cheese.**
  3. Wrap the pepper with bacon and stick with a toothpick. The bacon can either be cut in half or quarters before wrapping depending on the size of your Jalapenos.
  4. Put them straight on the oven rack for 20-40 min at 375°F, until the bacon is cooked and the cream cheese starts to brown. *Make sure to put foil on the lower rack so when the fat drips it doesn’t go down on the element

**You can flavour the cream cheese to any flavours of your choice to make a twist on the ordinary (i.e. use ranch dressing, onion soup mix, blue cheese dressing, etc etc)
