Buffalo Chicken Dip *spicy*
2-3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (small chunks)
1 c. Ranch Dressing (sub: Blue Cheese, Peppercorn Ranch, etc)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 pkgs Cream Cheese (250g packages)
Franks Hot Sauce ( around 3/4c for spicy but you can remove or add to make it your own taste)
- Mix the dressing, hot sauce, and cream cheese together with a mixer until smooth.
- Add the cheddar and the chicken.
- Bake at 350F for approx. 30 minutes.Serve warm with Tostitos. (it gets too hard to scoop with chips when it’s cold).
