It’s my no-fail go to biscuit recipe. 🙂
2 c. Flour
4 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Shortening/Butter
3/4 c. Milk (+ ~2 tbsp)
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line sheet with tin foil.
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt until crumbly.
- Add milk and mix until the dough is moist.
- Roll out (3/4″ – 1″ thick) and cut out into circles.
- Bake on foil for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
