Ginger Snaps

3/4 c. Butter
2 c. White Sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. Molasses
2 tsp. Vinegar
3 3/4 c. Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Ginger
1/2 tsp. Clove
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Mix butter and sugar then mix eggs, molasses, and then vinegar.
  3. Blend in flour, baking soda, ginger, clove and cinnamon.
  4. Form into balls and roll in white sugar.
  5. Bake for 10-12 min.
