Ginger Snaps
3/4 c. Butter
2 c. White Sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. Molasses
2 tsp. Vinegar
3 3/4 c. Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Ginger
1/2 tsp. Clove
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Mix butter and sugar then mix eggs, molasses, and then vinegar.
- Blend in flour, baking soda, ginger, clove and cinnamon.
- Form into balls and roll in white sugar.
- Bake for 10-12 min.
