Mini Cheesecakes

2 pkg. Cream Cheese (250g pkgs)
1/2 c. Sugar
2 eggs
12 Oreos (Can use regular or vanilla ones, we usually use the golden oreos)

  1. Line muffin tins with liners and place 1 Oreo in the bottom.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar on Medium speed. Add the eggs, one at a time and beat on low.
  3. Fill tins with batter and bake for approx. 20 minutes on 350
  4. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours and serve with your toppings of choice.
