Bacon and Potato Casserole
Heart-attack in a bowl. But oh so good.
5-8 large potatoes thinly sliced
1 lb. Bacon
- Circle bacon around the dish, leaving it draped over the sides.
- Start with a row of potato slices topped with cheese and continue alternating until you reach the top.
- Once at the top, fold the drapped bacon over the top of the casserole.
- Cook for 1.5 hours or until cooked thoroughly.
