I meant to take a picture before I ate and mangled the plate all up. But it was so good. I can’t even describe. It was Chicken Cashew Nuts and it was to die for! So excuse the mess but enjoy it’s delicious-ness vicariously through me. I started with Spring Rolls then onto this chicken cashew nut and then finished off with a Mango Berry Cheesecake on a shortbread crust. Mmmmmm…. not to mention this sweet drink I had called a “Thai tanic”. J had  Chicken Sa-tay to start, then Thai BBQ chicken with Salad, and Deep fried Bananas with Ice Cream. And he *might* have had a mango colada…
