It’s growing like wildfire!

…and is hung!

We are finally getting around to hanging pictures on our walls.  It’s a harder task than I had imagined that is for sure. We have so many and so many more we want to hang. But this was the first ‘for sure’ thing that we did. I had an image and this fit it perfectly. It’s the wall behind, or beside whichever you want to call it, our dining room table. The next big thing we want to hang is a photo wall filled with photos from home and maybe some scenery we’ve taken photos of in our travels.  But we can’t decide which room and on which wall and…

So it was suspected that our clematis would be dormant until next year or it had bloomed already before we bought it since we bought it real late in the gardening season.  But lo & behold it began to bud and one finally opened.  And we have several more.  Each time I check the plant there seems to be more buds and the ‘vines’ are longer and twisted. It’s pretty sweet. I saw this plant growing outside of one of our local greenhouses and knew I had to have it. Then J put up this great trellis and then the magic happened. J built this f or me. And I love it. It’s going to be perfect.  We will be adding the dirt once J’s watermelon and bell peppers are done growing.  These pics are taken before the stakes were put in to give it support and whatnot but you can’t see those once the dirt is in anyways. It only took like 20 mins to build this. He’s great. 🙂
