Day 6
So I haven’t given up yet. I’m on day 6. That’s right I HAVE been working out over the holidays. I actually did my minutes just before Christmas dinner and Christmas Day evening. I’m trying to make it. I’m not nearly as sore and I can tell my endurance is getting better but I still hate it. I’m going to try my darndest to make it 30 days but this kind of work out is definitely not for me. I like a lower impact (like pilates or something) or at least have people working out along side of me. J refuses to switch to this, he’s keeping up with his…

Day 2
Yep, I was right. I am sore. Not too bad though. I’ve felt worse. I somehow managed to get through the exercise even though my legs feel like jelly. Wonder what tomorrow has in store for me. It’s going to be interesting finding time since it’s Christmas Eve and that means turkey and family time. But I’m determined.

30 Day Shred
So I’ve decided that the weather isn’t cooperating with me and it might not anytime soon so I’m going to start exercising at home. I’ve chosen Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred. I have no idea if it works but 20 mins a day of exercise isn’t going to kill me. Is it?! I was using the Wii and will still continue to but I thought I’d give this a go. I have taken pre-measurements and I’ve bought some weights and I know my weight so off I go. Wish me luck.
