And it’s still 32°C. So that lets you know how hot it was today! It was so nice. We had a John & Laura day. That was a long time coming! But it was great. We are going to end it off with some ice cold drinks around the firepit and smores. Mmmm. Smores.

The Great Clock Hunt 09
So this is my target. I have only seen it in 1 place. Masstown Market. I want it. I need it. We have the perfect place for it. Carli has said she will go in and get it for me and the next person out can take it or whatever but I would love to find it here in AB or buy it online so it’s not out of the way or anything. But isn’t it a great item. The picture does it no justice! I love funky things like this.

First Bloom!!
I came home from work on Tuesday and what do I see?! A beautiful flower that we planted the other weekend and it bloomed! It’s a lovely shade of yellow. It’s not orange and not the typical bright yellow. It’s perfect. The picture doesn’t accurately portray all the colours. It’s all my crackberry can do. I didn’t have access to my camera so I have to work with what is at hand! But still, you can get the gist.

Sick again.
Man oh man. When is this going to stop. I rarely get sick and ever since I moved and started working in AB, it seems I get sick all the time! The germs can’t be that different than back home. I should have immunity to most now. I just hate not being able to go to work. Especially when it’s so beautifully hot and sunny outside! So here I am, feeling like crap and looking out the window to see another beautiful day that I can’t enjoy. It sucks. I feel like I might be getting better. I was given some meds for an intestinal infection (sounds fun right?!) and…
