33!

March 8th

Baby is the size of: a Honeydew Melon (~17.2-18.7″ & 4.2-5.8lbs)

Stretch marks?: I think I’m up to 7 now. I think I got a new one midline below my belly button.
Sleep: Just this week I started waking up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom but I fall right back asleep. I’d sleep to noon I think if I didn’t have a toddler.
Best moment this past week: Finally passing my 3rd NST. The first 2 were “ok” but still labelled “non-reactive” but I passed the next 2 so I’m 2/4. Also, we got the basement primed and bought the paint!
Miss Anything?: Being able to eat a HUGE piece of Lemon Meringue Pie instead of the piddly little one I treated myself to.
Movement: This one can’t decide where it wants to lay. It was head down at the ultrasound and my NSTs last Thursday and Friday and it was head down but come Saturday morning it was transverse. But by the time my OB appointment came it was back to head down. Not engaged, but down at least. No matter what I do I can’t get this kid to lock-in even the littlest amount.
Food cravings: Brownies, Mini Eggs
Belly Button in or out?: If the baby is head down & anterior, it’s way out but when when the baby is transverse or anterior (guessing by movement) it’s almost sunken in.
Wedding rings on or off?: Unless I’m painting the basement they are on.
New Symptoms?: None that were permanent. The biggest was failing the NSTs and needing the 2 steroid shots. They made me feel like crap because of the glucose issues but that’s all behind me now and baby will be as ready as they can be if he/she decides or needs to come before 37w.
Happy or Moody most of the time: It was a really moody week. I had happy moments obviously but between “failing” some NSTs & needing a steroid shot for baby’s lung development, which caused my glucose levels to go CAH-RAZY, it caused for a very emotional week. Add to that Student Loan mixing up some information and getting the diaper bag I was so eagerly awaiting only to find it had a defect and I was a hot mess. But I cried it out and felt better since.
Looking forward to: Getting the basement fully painted so it’s ready for the ceiling guy. Then we just have to install flooring but that can be done after inspection at the end of the month if we want. But on baby front, I’m looking forward to meeting this little being NEXT month!
Total weight gain/loss:
-2lbs in the past 3 weeks. So I’m up 20.1lbs. Not too shabby.  I’m going to “beat” my previous pregnancy record I think but oh well, your body gains what it needs to.
