Level 2 is brutal. I could hardly do 2 spots. I lack the speed and coordination.
It’s so much harder than level 1 for sure!
It’s pure craziness.
Wonder what I’m going to feel tomorrow.
It’s mainly plank work so I’m feeling sore arms and abs might be in my very near future.
Hopefully I get better each day or I don’t know if I can continue. I don’t like to do things I “fail” at. 😛
You know it’s bad when Jillian Michaels and her “helpers” are sweaty and out of breath! They are in shape and have the muscles and body and are out of breath! How can I, as a “normal person”, compete?!
