So I’m done work
It’s all over. It’s complete. C’est finis. I had to keep busy or else I would have cried for most of the afternoon. So I didn’t sit still. I focused on the stuff I had to do and on the long drive ahead and being able to see J is just 2 more weeks. I had a few moments where I had to turn my back and my throat was blocked by a frog while my eyes welled up. I did better than I thought I was going to do though for sure. I didn’t make a scene and I held it together until I was alone in my car…

Damn LaSenza
I finally find a bra that fits and fits perfectly and they discontinue it. It was supposedly one of their best sellers but for some reason have stopped making it. I just found this out tonight and can’t find one anywhere to add to my ‘collection’. This sucks. Why discontinue and not have something similar replace it? When this happened before they did replace it with something similar that still fit the same in the cups but now, nothing. I hate that. It’s so dumb. Vent over…..for now.

Just what I needed
So this past weekend I made the daunting drive from Fredericton to Halifax (all by my lonesome I might add) to surprise Lisa. It just so happened to be her birthday weekend as well. It was perfect. I came back refreshed and happy. None of this overtired, glum person I have become. It’s amazing how being with people you care about lift your spirits when you least expect it. I knew it was going to be fun but I wasn’t expecting the refreshment I felt. You ask what was so refreshing….just the company. Being in the province I yearn for isn’t bad either. 😉 We did go shopping on Saturday…

Carli & Laura did Cape Enrage
So after a brief internet hiatus I’m back. Back with a vengence. So much to tell you about. But I’m going to focus on the awesome weekend I had with Carli. What a way to send off New Brunswick and Carli. We owned Cape Enrage. It was perfect. Invigorating. Adrenaline rush. A laugh and a half. I got to strike another thing off my ‘to-do list’. Carli and I met in Moncton on Friday evening. We didn’t do anything but talk, watch the satellite (before it went down), and talk. It was just like old times, and I mean *old times*. We had a sleepover just like the good ol’days….right…
