    Day 12

    Still going strong.  Well not exactly strong, but still going nevertheless. It’s brutal. I use a lot of modified moves. I try to use the full impact ones but it’s rare I can pull it off. I think I may be on level 2 more than 10 days at this rate. I won’t move on until I feel comfortable so the 30 day shred may turn into 35-40 day shred. haha

    Holy Cr@p!

    Level 2 is brutal. I could hardly do 2 spots. I lack the speed and coordination. It’s so much harder than level 1 for sure! It’s pure craziness. Wonder what I’m going to feel tomorrow. It’s mainly plank work so I’m feeling sore arms and abs might be in my very near future. Hopefully I get better each day or I don’t know if I can continue. I don’t like to do things I “fail” at. 😛 You know it’s bad when Jillian Michaels and her “helpers” are sweaty and out of breath! They are in shape and have the muscles and body and are out of breath!
