This time last year
I was having the time of my life in the company of fools!! 🙂 HERE to Reminisce Quite a change from this year. So much for being annual. Well it can still happen. I’m thinking it’ll just be in the Fall sometime. But man, it was a sweet sweet weekend! Oh to repeat now would be too good to be true. Girls, plan another weekend with me. In 2009 so it can continue to be “annual”. 🙂

Laura’s tip of the day
Tin Foil. Use it to store your cheese block in after it’s been opened. It works sooo much better than saran wrap or ziploc bags or whatever. Plastic (ie Saran wrap or ziplocs) trap and/or create moisture, which sucks for cheese. We’ve been doing this for a bit and for some reason has come up in conversation a few times in the last couple of days so I thought I’d tell everyone that yes, I use tin foil on my cheese. And it’s something you should convert to. So there you have it folks. It’s out there.

2 months!!
2 Months until we have our new house! 60 days from now we could have keys in hand and moving boxes out of our little apartment into our house. 🙂 Everything is in order now. It’s just sitting back and waiting. And that is brutal. More time consuming than the running around we were doing when trying to decide on a house. We drive by the place every time we are in the vacinity and we are constantly talking about things we want to do, need to, need to buy, etc. I sometimes just wish we can stop thinking about our house because it makes time move soooo slow. I…

Time change lag
So this time change is messing with my mind. It’s sweet that it’s still daylight at 8 but man oh man, trying to get up in the a.m. for work is brutal. I just want to keep sleeping. Hopefully this trend continues until the weekend so I can take full advantage. And to top it all off this morning I had a really rough time getting up. As in, I laid in bed until the last possible second that I could without throwing off my morning routine. I even ended up with 10 minutes to spare. Just long enough to check my stuff online and call John at work to…
