Blog Entry 778

So I’m back on the horse. The blogging horse. It’ll probably be a quickie since Grey’s is on and I’m writing during commercial breaks. So my thoughts might be a little disjointed and all over the place. But whatever, you take what you can get. And you will like it! lol

I will blog more about our trip this past weekend to Fairmont, BC but right now I have to figure out how I’m going to share all the pictures I want to share…. But I will say that this past weekend was just what we needed. It was beautiful. Relaxing. Completely carefree. We didn’t think or worry about work or the money we were spending. I felt comfortable in my own skin…in a bathing suit….in front of people. But as soon as I get home, I bloat and certain parts of my body grow. Must be something about the altitude. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

I must say Grey’s is awesome tonight. I love Grey’s. And what did I do during the first half of Grey’s??? I sat on the sofa and put a face on my pumpkin. Making him the coolest jack-o-lantern around. He was created with Grey’s Anatomy which makes him even cooler. I’ll post pics as soon as I can as well. But I am going to be gone for the weekend so I may not have time until Sunday night or the first of next week. So you’ll have to wait with baited breath.

Oh yea, the baking geek came out in me last weekend. And I blame Williams-Sonoma. I can’t go into the store without buying something, or wanting something. I saw a few things that I want for Christmas and with Lisa’s suggestion I bought an expensive Vanilla and I had all intentions of baking this week but it hasn’t materialized yet. I’ve been told I won’t taste anything better. I’m sure she’s right but I’m itching to use this Madagascar Bourbon pure Vanilla. But God, I’m still a dork. Getting excited about vanilla. Oh God help me! hehehe

Well I’m going to go light my pumpkin and see how he turned out. Have a happy Hallowe’en everyone and I’ll catch you on the flipside!

Here is a sneak preview of our trip of awesomeness.

Stay tuned for more.

Excuse me but there is NOTHING wrong with getting excited about vanilla! I can’t wait to get my hands on the goods! Which reminds me…I have to send you the cash for that!
