k here’s the second part that I started yesterday about my awesome invention of apple crisp pie. But before we begin I must point out the apples. I’ve never cooked with Granny Smiths before. So I was supposed to have Leafs tickets as I type this. Key word being supposed. J and I were up and had the page loaded and ready to go. We both hit refresh and then it blocked us for a 2 minutes. But we were ok because it was 9:57 and we had 3 minutes. But then 10 comes and we have no internet. The orange light is not blinking. It didn’t start blinking until 10:13. 12 minutes too late. I had a bad week. My day turned into bad day. So what do I do when I feel like this? I head into the kitchen. I get adventurous. So today I tried something new. I got adventurous. I love apple crisp. I’m damn good at making it too (just ask Carli….or J…or Peter…or Kev…) and I wanted to attempt a pie. So what do I do? Throw them both together and make an apple crisp pie. It’s not Friday yet???
So I have been slacking. Yet again. I’m tired. Work is tiring. But it’s awesome at the same time. Then after supper we have been going for walks and by the time I get back it’s too late to call people and I’m exhausted. I sit down and cuddle with J for a bit then drag my buttocks into bed. All I know is that today feels like Thursday and it’s ONLY Wednesday. That sucks. That feeling sucks.
